A Taste of Italy in the Heart of Amsterdam.
At Pasta Factory, we believe that the best meals are the ones that feel like home. Located just steps away from the vibrant Rembrandt Square and Muntplein, our kitchen is a tribute to the timeless traditions of Italian cooking.
Our story is simple: we wanted to bring the honest, soulful flavors of a Roman trattoria to the canals of Amsterdam. That’s why you’ll see our large pasta machine at the heart of the restaurant, turning out fresh dough every single day. From our silky Tagliatelle to our signature golden Lasagna, every dish is crafted with “amore” and the finest ingredients we can get our hands on.
Whether you’re stopping by for a quick, comforting lunch or settling in for a cozy evening with wine and hand-stretched pizza, we welcome you like family.
Freshly Made. Served with Love. That’s the Pasta Factory way.
Just steps from Rembrandt Square, Pasta Factory brings the warmth of Italy to Amsterdam with handcrafted pasta, rich sauces, and honest ingredients. From classic lasagna to creamy gnocchi and vibrant seafood dishes, every plate is made with love—and a touch of Italian flair.
Whether you’re craving comfort or exploring something new, our cozy spot welcomes you like family.
